Additional employee monitoring available for $249.00 for up to 49 employees.
Manual Processing of Forms $7.50 per form faxed or mailed (not charged to clients utilizing cobra.payflex.com)
Program Installation
$250 Set-up fee for BRS members. Current employee COBRA & HIPAA General Rights notices $3.00 per letter
